Reporting to the Head of Account Management this role is primarily responsible for training and managing InfoTrack clients, monitoring client usage, identifying potential issues and preventing or resolving such issues.

Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)


We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Account Management team in our head office in Sydney. This exciting role will follow client retention strategy for the purpose of ensuring long-term, attitudinal loyalty from the InfoTrack client base.


You will be required to train clients on the benefits of using InfoTrack in addition to selling all InfoTrack services through proactive phone calling, emailing, webinars.

Our Key Account Executives are responsible for supporting the growth of key restaurant partners alongside their Key Account Manager (KAM) on the Menulog platform, Estate rollouts and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with restaurant partners and prospects, effectively communicating value proposition to drive continued order growth and increased engagement

  • Together with the KAM, work closely with Branded Restaurant Groups to maximise growth on the Menulog platform through Estate rollout

  • Support the KAM on Tier 1 relationships with external accounts, working on proactive initiatives to improve core metrics

  • Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that their Menulog account is optimised for success, and the partner and their key stakeholders are fully trained on how to make best use of the platform 

  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce etc) to identify key opportunities for restaurant growth and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies

  • Create account plans for portfolio to map out growth and service opportunities

  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, implement and devise key marketing initiatives and identify key metrics to help support growth

  • Help compile reports to be used during quarterly business reviews with your restaurant partners while supporting your KAM on reporting across theirs

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required 

  • 1-2 years'+ experience within B2B sales/account management with a critical focus on account growth

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data 

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on client service

  • Great verbal and written communication skills, including a high attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and use data to tell a story

  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high growth environment to support KAMs and their partners; strong problem solving skills

  • Consultative, with a driven and target focussed attitude, hungry for success

  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available where necessary for travel across ANZ for sales blitz activities and partner meetings

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Commerce or a related field will be highly regarded
